Hiking Trails

One of the many hiking trails in Ontario is the Bruce Trail which takes hikers along the Niagara Escarpment.

The river winds its way east towards Bragg Creek and onto Calgary to meet up with the Bow River but not before dropping over a rocky ledge creating the Elbow Falls. At Elbow Falls the river plunges several metres to the canyon below creating a foaming pool of water and spray.
